Complaint Regarding Faulty Pedestals
Dear Ms. Wood,
I am writing with regard to the four pedestals we purchased recently from your company. I wish to complain about some damage and faulty parts. The order number is 009245. We bought the pedestals from your online store two weeks ago.
Unfortunately, all the pedestals arrived two days later than expected, and they had some damage when they arrived. Furthermore, the locks were broken in two of the pedestals, so we could not open them.
In addition, some handles were missing from the other two.
Please send us four replacement pedestals immediately. This has caused us great inconvenience because our new employees have nowhere to store their personal belongings. I understand that in all the years we have been buying office supplies from your shop, we have never had problems, but this is not the service we expect from you. I feel that you should offer us some form of compensation.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
