Hotel Complaint
First of all, the hotel was not 5 minutes from downtown, but over 4 km away. Secondly, we requested two suites expecting space and luxury. They were not only narrow but also unclean, and the furniture was worn.
The hotel gardens were described in the brochure as pleasant and quiet. However, they were the opposite, being near a road with heavy traffic. Finally, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance throughout the week.
When we spoke with your representative, Robert, he promised to repair my shower in an hour, but it took an unacceptable three days. As a result, I am lodging a complaint regarding these problems and attaching a copy for your information, along with photos of the rooms and the hotel.
As stated in my telephone call, I believe we are due a full refund for this hotel stay as it failed to meet the description in the brochure and ruined our holiday.

Two weeks ago, I ordered a 1000-piece puzzle of the map of Zaragoza.
According to your website, delivery would take two weeks. However, it took a month. The puzzle was for my grandfather’s birthday, and I received it two weeks after the celebration.
In addition, the delivery person was very rude to us. He treated us poorly because we refused to pay him anything for the delivery service, which was stated on your website as included in the cost.

On the other hand, we are seeing a positive reaction from the European Union, welcoming all the refugees and providing them with food, warm clothing, and a place to sleep. The European Union is also sending weapons so that the people of Ukraine can fight against the Russian troops.
Finally, war is the worst act that man can commit, and I hope that this war ends soon for the good of the people.

COVID-19 Quarantine Advice
