I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with a purchase I made online through Amazon. On April 3rd, 2018, I bought a TV set, reference O.R 789556, and paid with my credit card. According to the advertisement on the website, this item had teletext, but the one I received did not have this feature.

Could you please arrange to have the TV set replaced with the appropriate one, or to have a full refund of my credit card payment?

I have bought many things from you over the years, and I have never had any problems before. I can’t imagine that you are departing from your usual high standards. I am sure you will be able to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way.

Pros and Cons of Buying Online

Hello, my name is Adrian Herrera, and I am going to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of buying online. Nowadays, buying online has become a very useful tool in our lives:

• You can buy from anywhere in the world and receive it at home. This means that it’s quicker and easier.
• You can even search for different prices on different pages at the same moment without having to move to another place.

This makes buying online more and more prevalent with users.

On the other hand, you may have problems receiving your package; it may be broken or not be exactly what you paid for. Another disadvantage is that when you buy online, your data is registered on the internet and can be used illegally by third parties. Although there are several ways to pay online: by credit card, by PayPal, or by cash on delivery, the latter being more secure.

In conclusion, I’m for the comfort of buying online. Another reason I’m for it is that it can be cheaper. In fact, I probably buy up to three times a month, while I buy securely by cash on delivery.

The Advantages of Traveling Abroad

Nowadays, traveling is a very popular pastime. Some people travel abroad to do sports, and others simply to rest. In this essay, I will try to analyze both the advantages and the disadvantages.

Firstly, it is clear that you will have the opportunity to get a lot of information about other people, religions, and cultures, for example, when tasting exotic foods or visiting new places.

Secondly, recent studies from the magazine Tourism have shown that traveling to unknown places increases the feeling of happiness by 40% due to the different sensations it causes.

On the other hand, traveling to other countries also has its drawbacks. The main problem is that of communication. If you do not know the language well, you cannot explain what you need to the locals.

Another important problem is that each state has its own laws, and many visitors do not know them. Because of this, we may find ourselves in a dangerous situation.

In my opinion, all people should travel as much as they can, but they should inform themselves beforehand about the laws and rules of conduct to avoid problems and rest wonderfully.

Living in the Countryside vs. City Life

Nowadays, many people prefer to live in cities rather than live in the countryside because they think that large cities can offer many advantages and opportunities for a better life. In my opinion, living in a quiet field is better due to several reasons, such as the following:

Firstly, living in the countryside helps you to be closer to nature, which is obviously very good for your health. The houses in the countryside are surrounded by trees, flowers, etc., and they are open to nature, where you can breathe fresh air and enjoy a quiet life.

Secondly, the cost of living in the countryside is lower than in cities. People in the field can produce their own food, for example: vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, etc.

Finally, life in the countryside is easier than in the city. It seems that time passes more slowly, which eliminates a great tension experienced by people living in cities, who tend to be always in a hurry somewhere.

To sum up, there are always two sides to a coin. Living in the countryside or living in large cities has its own advantages and disadvantages. The choice will depend on what you prefer.
