Electrical Installation in Operating Rooms, Electric Fences, Caravans

ITC 38: Electrical Installation in Operating Rooms

ITC 38: Special Purpose Facilities. Requirements for Electrical Installation in Operating Rooms and Rooms for Assistance.

The purpose of this investigation is to determine the specific requirements for electrical equipment in operating rooms and intervention halls and the conditions for installing the receivers in them. The object of this receptor complies with the requirements of applicable European Directives, as provided for in Article 6 of the Regulation for Low Voltage Electro. In addition to the local general requirements for sanitary purposes identified in ITC-BT-28, the detailed requirements included in this statement will be applied.

ITC 39: Electric Fence for Cattle

ITC 39: Special Purpose Facility. Electric Fence for Cattle.

The purpose of this Instruction is to determine the particular requirements of electric fences for cattle, their feed, and installation.

  • Electric fence for livestock: A barrier for animals, comprising one or more conductors formed by wires, bars, or barbed wire.
  • Feeder for electric fence: The apparatus for supplying regular voltage pulses to the fence to which it is connected.

Food

  • Connected to a network of electricity distribution.
  • Connected to charge batteries or accumulators, which is done through a distribution network of electric power.
  • Connected to batteries or accumulators autonomously, i.e., not intended to be connected to a network of electricity distribution.

Special Requirements

  • The feeders should be placed in places where they cannot be covered by straw, hay, etc., and be close to the fence to feed.
  • The driver of the fence shall be separated from any metal objects outside of it, so there is no risk of contact between them.
  • The driver of the fence and connecting it to your feed will not be subject to another pipe support for either high or low voltage, telecommunication, etc.
  • The switching elements of the gates of the fence will be isolated conveniently from the drivers of the same, and their operation will have the effect of putting offload the drivers included between the side supports of the door.
  • Between fences that are not fed by the same feeder, suitable action will be taken to prevent a person or animal from touching them simultaneously.
  • Usually, a separation of 2 m between the cores of these different fences is considered sufficient.
  • Warning signs will be placed when the fences may be available to people not warned of their presence and, in any case, when they are near a public highway.
  • The posters will be at least one for each alignment of the fence line and, in any case, at a distance of 50 meters.
  • The posters will be placed in conspicuous places, preferably subject to the upper conductor of the fence if the height of it on the ground ensures visibility; otherwise, they will be placed on the support of drivers so that they are visible both from the outside and from inside the enclosure.
  • The posters will be labeled “ELECTRIC FENCE” written on a horizontal base equilateral triangle with black letters on a yellow background. The poster will have a minimum size of 105 x 210 mm and 25 mm high letters.
  • The feeder grounding of the fence will have the characteristics of land separated from any other, including the landmass of the same apparatus.

ITC 41: Electrical Installations in Caravans and Caravan Parks

ITC 41: Electrical installations in caravans and caravan parks: The purpose of this investigation is to determine the installation requirements of caravans and caravan parks. The receivers used in these facilities meet the requirements of applicable European Directives as provided for in Article 6 of Regulation for Low Voltage Electro.
