Creating Services in IST Environments

Hi FGFG,

TESTBNS service account requested has been created.
Passcode is: QBPtku967

Remember that you are the owner of the service account and you are solely responsible for the custody and administration of the service’s password.
Our area has no responsibility for the password.

Regards

Hi Warren,

Your request has been attended.
In the previous email, we sent you the password of TESTBNS service account: B6_Batch

Please, take into consideration that for the IST environment, we don’t have the same degree of responsibilities as Production & UAT:

a) We only create Domain and Service ID’s and then give out the password to the requester, we don’t register the passcode on Password Authority.

b) We don’t take over the password for the service account (local or domain). As the user has the password, they can do whatever they need. The owner of IST service is the unique responsible for custody and managing the password unless there is a request for saving the passcode on Password Authority with a valid reason.

c) Local ID’s and local group membership are created by the server owner.

Regards,
Peru NT Administration (Mario Acosta)

Please attach the service account owner’s manager approval along with your request. This approval is required to initiate the attention of your order, thanks.

Hi Terence,

We have registered as owner of UATBNS service: MHUB_QAT to George Chornis.
Could you please send us his approval? Because this is a requisite to attend your request, thanks!

Regards,
Peru NT Administration (Mario Acosta)
