HIV Post-Exposure Prophylaxis
Drugs
Prophylaxis is always made with at least two drugs. Other protocols include three drugs from the start.
- Zidovudine (Retrovir) + Lamivudine (Epivir)
- Zidovudine
- Zidovudine + Lamivudine (Combivir)
- Combivir + Indinavir (Crixivan)
- Combivir + Nelfinavir (Viracept)
- Combivir + Abacavir (Ziagen) = Trizivir
