Skimming is often combined with scanning to enhance speed and accuracy.

Intensive Reading

Intensive reading involves learners reading in detail with specific learning aims and tasks. It can be compared with extensive reading, which involves learners reading texts for enjoyment and to develop general reading skills.

Alternative Texts of Language Learning

The British ruled our country for a long time, introducing English as the medium of instruction in schools and as the official language.
