Dear Sirs:
On November 3, 2011, we requested an order for 50 units of different reagents with reference number TRA-345-MU-2171. On November 5th, we received a fax stating that they had begun to process the shipment and that it would arrive within a maximum of 15 days.
As of this letter, November 21, 2011, we have not yet received the order. We have communicated by telephone on several occasions about the delay, but have not obtained any satisfactory justification.
This letter serves as a warning that if we do not receive the merchandise (or adequate justification) within 7 days of receipt of this letter, we will proceed to take appropriate action for breach of contract on your part.
