Thematic Block 1: Driving Skills
Unit: Turns
Objectives:
- Initiations on the longitudinal axis.
Opener:
In pairs, run down the field. When couples are turning, clasp hands and cushion your body.

- Run smoothly and complete one lap in the air.

- In couples, do things with the ball while the other imitates.
- While lying down, move the ball down.
- In a squat, move the ball.
- Walk or run, ensuring the ball doesn’t fall.
Final Part:
In couples, pitch the ball and the other turns around to catch it before it falls.
Thematic Block 3: Driving Skills
Unit: Flick
Objectives:
- Improve all kinds of beatings (body segments).
Opener:
Inflate a balloon, moving freely through space shared with other colleagues. Keep the balloon in the air.
Materials:
Balloon and body
Main Part:
- With the balloon on the ground, touch it with your head, lifting until unable to use your hands.
- Try to be the first to touch the globe 10 times with the balloon.
- Advance toward a direction, using all parts of the body except the hands.
- Relay teams do the same, but with a balloon.

Objectives:

Main Part:

Thematic Block 5: Motor Skills
Unit: Driving
Objectives:
- Improve Oculo-Pedic Driving.
Opener:
Drive the ball with the pike, trying to disrupt the conduction of the other partners.

Main Part:
- Try to throw the ball with a pike.
- Maintain the ball in the air with a pike.
- In couples, continue to partner with the ball and pike.
- In couples on either side of the field, pass the ball to a partner with the pike.
Final Part:
Make 4 groups of people in the 4 corners of the gym, forming rows. Have a competition driving the ball across the field.
Thematic Block 6: Motor Skills
Unit: Feints
Objectives:
- Perform movements with the body to confuse the opponent and neutralize their entry.

Materials:

Main Part:
- In couples, spend the ball with your foot while moving.
- The partner stops it, then tells you to intercept the ball by hand.
Final Part:
Playing with a ball and scarf.
Thematic Block 8: Motor Skills
Unit: Entering and Throwing
Objectives:
- Releases transmit the phone to a colleague with appreciation of the career of this.
Opener:
Divide the class into 2 groups. Each group tries to maintain the base position to pass to teammates and avoid interceptions from the enemy.
