More and more people combine music festivals with holidays nowadays.

A Festival or Listening to Music at Home?

I personally think that going to a festival is more exciting than listening to music at home. There are several reasons that I would like to mention:

  • Live Experience: At a festival, you can hear the type of music you like live. You choose your favorite band or singer, you pay for it, and you go. It can be a really fascinating experience.
  • Social Interaction: You meet new people who share the same interests as you regarding music.
  • Meeting Idols: You can even meet your idol.

However, listening to music at home can be a bit boring unless you enjoy being alone. Besides, you don’t get the same feeling as when you are at a concert with your friends, shouting and jumping. But I must say that going to concerts is expensive. In conclusion, I love going to concerts, but I cannot afford to go to them very often, so I download music from the Internet and listen to it at home every day because I love sitting on my bed and listening to my favorite rock star.
