Selection process: The personnel selection process relates to recruitment, which goes through a process in which several points are evaluated, and individuals who meet the requirements are those left to work.

Applicant: The applicant is the person who requires the work.

Background: The background or resume is the document which establishes his past work and student experience.

Background of applicants: The history of the applicant establishes the exact points of his past work and studies.

Experience: It is that which is gained in similar jobs.

Qualifications: Are what the company wants applicants to meet.

Educational qualification: Refers to studies that have been conducted, either higher education, technical training, etc.

Letters of application: Refers to consolidated notes.

Candidates: Are those who apply to the job.

Group discussion: Evaluated once discussed by deciding who is staying and who is going.

Interviews: Proceed to an interview to discuss issues of availability, wages, etc.

Psychometric test: It is also a psychological examination to know the kind of personality, reactions, etc.

Test: Testing is performed on the work environment and emotions.

Shortlist: It is another test that is done to the applicants.

References: References are the people who record their work experience.
