Benjamin Stage: Objectives
- Knowing the concept of attacking.
- Positions.
- Knowing the concept of defense.
- Understanding the assigned positions in the field and the respectful distribution of the game.
Alevin Stage: Objectives
- Understanding what an attack is and how it is executed.
- This is the stage in which dismarking (support or break) is explained to create free spaces and marking, how it is done, and why it is used.
- How to achieve breadth and depth in the game and why it works.
Basic Techniques
- Controlling the ball: Controlling and juggling.
- Running: Running with the ball and dribbling.
- Pass.
- Shot.
Positions
- Goalkeeper.
- Defenders and Backs: Marking defender, Free defender, and Backs.
- Midfielders: Defensive midfielder (ball-winner), Defensive midfielder (deep-lying playmaker), Box-to-box midfielder, Wide midfielder, Attacking midfielder.
- Forwards or Strikers: Winger, Inverted winger, False 9, Forward, Striker.
Laws
- 11 field players; cannot be played with fewer than 7 players (3 changes).
- The two teams must wear different clothing, and so must the goalkeeper.
- Jewelry is not permitted.
- Referee, two assistants, and maybe a fourth assistant.
- Two halves of 45 minutes with a 15-minute break.

All the actions of attack and defense that the players of a team make to surprise and counter the opposing team.
Offensive Technical Principles
- Shoot: To score a goal.
- Pass: The way we give the ball to the team to maintain possession or to move it closer to the opponent’s goal.
- Feint: Using body movements to deceive a defender.
- Dribbling: A technical action to get past an opponent.
- Run with the ball: The action of moving across the field with the ball under control.
- Center: The action of sending the ball from the side of the field to the center of the area so a teammate can score.
Defensive Technical Principles
- Interception: The action of cutting the trajectory of the ball before it reaches the opponent.
- Standing tackle: Contacting the upper trunk, pushing shoulder to shoulder against the opposing player to move them away from the ball or unbalance them to retrieve the ball or keep it.
- Slide tackle: Disputing the ball, retrieving it by sliding down the ground to steal it from the opponent. Sliding with the leg to touch the ball.
Offensive Tactical Principles
- Penetration: The ability to play through or behind the opposition, searching for spaces.
- Support: Helping teammates; angles, distance, and timing of passes become important.
- Width: The ability to stretch opponents laterally across the field and provide opportunities for penetration via wide areas.
- Mobility: The ability to interchange positions and provide good movement to support the play, creating space for the first attacker or other players.
- One-two: Passing the ball to a teammate who returns it to the first player.
Defensive Tactical Principles
- Delay: Reducing the chance of opponents advancing.
- Concentration: Being focused, with everyone knowing their role.
- Balance: Everyone staying in their position and moving together, well-balanced, towards the ball.
- Control: Controlling and knowing when to defend in your position; head control.
