The Power of Positive Mentalism
1. Power of Positive Mentalism
A great intellectual said, “The 21st century will be spiritual or not.” Indeed, in this globalized third millennium, we are witnessing profound socio-cultural changes in human beings in general. This era is often called the New Age of Aquarius or simply the New Age (Neu Zeitalter).
There is a gradual return to spiritual sources, alternative disciplines, parapsychology, yoga, meditation, magic, occultism, esotericism, Mancia, natural therapies, hypnosis and sophrology, reiki, feng-shui, orientalism, magnetism, and other knowledge and practices within the large body of esoteric knowledge.
Numerous and extensive publications reflect this shift. On magazine stands, more than 50 titles of journals and texts circulate on these subjects. Even journals relating to other items include horoscopes, notes on mentalism, esotericism, alternative disciplines, orientalism, and yoga.
The literature on these subjects in book form is infinite. In my eight years of study (with other entities), and when I was a parapsychologist and a Tootemist priest (Tootem esoteric order), I had the opportunity to read over 2,000 texts related to this hidden theme. I have a personal library of over 500 texts. All of this reflects the average human being’s interest in evolving and overcoming limitations.
All of these issues summarize a wealth of ancient wisdom practiced by people of ancient civilizations who had full command of their faculties, including psycho-spiritual and paranormal abilities.
These talents and abilities are naturally possessed by all, but they remain in a latent, inactive, and asleep state (we use only 10% of our mental and spiritual capacities).
This relates to the concept of being made in the image and likeness of the creator. At this stage of our civilization’s cultural pyramid, it is no longer a matter of believing or not believing in the paranormal, occult sciences, and the mind’s power.
Instead, belief is a Shakespearean “To be or not to be” question: skeptically remain ignorant, or be among the informed. The time has come to acknowledge what is known. Almost all of these issues have been scientifically and empirically tested, both officially and unofficially, by world powers and private groups.
It is acknowledged that thought is energy. Matter and energy are transformed back and forth into each other, as certified by the formulas of German scientist Albert Einstein.
Therefore, the mind and thoughts can influence matter and have the power to influence living and nonliving beings, healing, changing, building, or destroying. Experiments on mental communication from one individual to another have demonstrated the reality of telepathy.
These experiments were conducted with “Zenner cards,” from the moon to a submarine, from a submarine to land, and by Edgar D. Mitchell (Apollo XVI astronaut) from the moon to a base in the USA.
Electronography and Kirliangraphy have demonstrably and clearly captured “snapshots” of the human astral body’s energy or “aura” and its energy double.
This is achieved by observing a Kirlian wall (invented by the Kirlian couple in Krasnodar, Russia, in 1939). The “energy aura” is studied in this way.
During World War II, experiments were also conducted on this subject in Germany, but they were later banned by the Allies at the end of the war. With a photograph of the “human aura,” it is possible to determine whether a subject has a particular condition or ailment.
It can also diagnose whether or not a “harm” or “curse” is psychosomatically present in the body.
The EEG detects five vibrational states of brain rhythms (in cycles per second), and some of these states are associated with various paranormal abilities.
Hypnosis and sophrology have long been used as surgical and dental anesthesia, in addition to being demonstrably and scientifically proven. The aura and energy field are measurable by means of special, supersensitive aura meters and oscillators, besides being calculable through Kirliangraphy.
The energetic power of “The Pyramids” has even been patented for sharpening blades and razors and for charging batteries. This is achieved through small-scale replicas of the Egyptian pyramids, such as the Cheops pyramid.
The energy and paranormal influence of plants, animals, stones, and gems have been clarified by many experiments.
The phenomena of the fourth dimension or “hyperspace” in the “Philadelphia Experiment,” Einstein’s theories, and many others, have been thoroughly proven.
Discoveries like those of C. Berlitz, the “Bermuda Triangle,” “Atlantis,” and the existence of the “Hollow Earth” by Admiral Byrd and research teams further support these concepts.
At many research universities and laboratories around the world, studies are adding to the evidence that clairvoyance, clairaudience, and precognition (and the use of Mancia: divination systems) are real. This has been verified in prophets and prophecies with strict compliance with the amplitude of casuistry.
Examples include the Titanic in 1912, the Pyramid of Cheops, Nostradamus, Cayce, Verne, Parraviccini, Tesla, The Bible, John XXIII, Virgins, Saints, Mystics, etc. With all of this, which is only 0.1 percent of what exists, we see that hidden psycho-spiritual power exists, and with a vengeance. It is tested and real.
Those who do not believe are not “skeptics or agnostics” but rather people who do not want to abandon their erroneous beliefs. By not believing what is not visible, they should also not believe in ultrasound, the telephone, the laser pointer in my lectures, or electricity, as their energy vehicles are not seen with the naked eye. But they undoubtedly exist and are useful and real.
One sentence explains it all: “Skeptics of today are the staunchest defenders of yesterday’s belief that the earth was square and flat and that nothing heavier than air could fly.” Mental power and psycho-energetic influence exist and act.
In 1930, the planet Pluto was discovered, and it revolutionized many parameters and false assumptions of geocentric and medieval “skeptics.”
Richard Holmes, in his book: “Shelley, The Pursuit” (The Search), carved a very profound and relevant sentence for posterity: “The mystical art and creative timing often have access to knowledge that scientists discover only a century later.”
2. Cosmos
Everything in the cosmos is correlative and has order. The word “Cosmos” itself comes from the Greek word meaning “Order.” Atoms, numbers, people, things—everything is properly designed by a cosmic creator or energy that we call God.
To quote the initiation principle of “The Emerald Tablet”: “As above, so below.” We know that the macrocosm and microcosm (human) have similar correlations and are connected by very narrow, mysterious, and mathematical relationships. “Man is the measure of all things,” reads an adage.
Cosmic laws, such as the magic number of creation: 7, make us wonder why there are:
- 7 colors of the rainbow and the spectrum of sunlight
- 7 wonders of the world
- 7 musical notes
- 7 days a week
- 7 lunar phases
- 7 biblical plagues in Egypt
- 7 sages of Greece
- 7 women for every man, according to world statistics
- 7 planets of ancient astrology
- 7 years and the child already understands
- 7 deadly sins and 7 virtues or gifts
- 7 empires of the world powers throughout time
- 7 chakras or centers of the subtle psycho-energetic human body
- 7 energy centers or vortices of greater power in the world (including the Bermuda Triangle)
- 7 base metals
- 7 basic gemstones
- 7 churches of Revelation
- 7 basic races on our planet
- 7 seas
- 7 continents
- 7 times David praises God
- 7 rotations of the earth
- 7 human vital organs (including the liver and heart)
- 7 arms of the Hebrew chandelier
- 7 basic Moai on Easter Island
- 7 biblical snakes
- 7 letters of the magical name of Solomon
- 7 highest mountain peaks in the world (including Everest and Aconcagua)
- 7 key religious prayers in the world
- 7 basic types of wood used in the world
- 7 human senses (5 known and 2 psychic: ESP, psychokinesis, and Tele-PK)
- 7 most powerful religions in the world (including Buddhism, religious and Esoteric Christianity)
- 7 basic modes of transportation in the world
- 7 most widely spoken languages on the globe (English, Spanish, German…)
- 7 most powerful monetary units in the world
- 7 most powerful trademarks in the world
And many other literary allusions and quotations of the number 7 exist in art, science, etc. There are also curiosities of order with other numbers (studied in esoteric numerology) and numerous junctions, such as the number 22: 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot, 22 jewels, 22 Hebrew letters, 22 wedges of the Chaldean Barua, 22 Runes, 22 Tantric Groups in the East, 22 precepts or commandments of various religious groups, etc.
All of this leads us to believe in a “Cosmic Order” that is beyond our five senses and three dimensions—the three-dimensional Euclidean and materialistic world. It suggests that we should more seriously consider and take into account sacred texts and knowledge, religious, esoteric, parascientific, paragnological, holistic, occult, and psychic teachings.
Not all good things come from a science laboratory. The ancient wisdom “of our grandparents” in many respects exceeds current knowledge and morals. The former legionaries of the Roman Empire, for example, cured their wounds and infections (in the absence of antibiotics and antiseptics) by applying green mold that secretes an antiseptic from lemon peel when it begins to decompose. This is because lemon is a very healing fruit.
To achieve holistic development in our lives, we must make a qualitative and quantitative change and progress. The average human being uses less than 10% of their mental ability (slightly less than 5%), and if they were to employ just 60%, the results would be great and wonderful. That’s why this course on “POSITIVE MENTAL POWER AND ESOTERIC MENTALISM” provides the necessary tools for change.
You will learn to start using more and more of that dormant power you possess. Regardless of your current level of development, you will evolve, win, and reach higher than you are now. Additionally, this course will not conflict with any religion or religious entity, and anyone can participate, regardless of their education level or religion. This is because it is solely about using the potential we all possess, both to help ourselves and to assist others. In order to competently serve our neighbor, we must first have something to offer and be prepared.
By following techniques of mentalism, it is possible to achieve today what once seemed miraculous. Well, as A.L. Palacios (1878-1965), an Argentine politician and intellectual, said: “The secret of walking on water is knowing where the stones are.”
3. States of Mind
There is a scientific device that detects the speed cycles at which the brain vibrates. According to the cycles per second, five different vibrational states of mind have been identified, each with distinct psychological characteristics. This device is the electroencephalograph.
In mentalism and parapsychology, and in the development of this course, we are primarily interested in the alpha state. These states have been named with letters of the Greek alphabet. Here is a description of each:
1. Beta State:
The common state of being awake and attentive. You are in this state while reading this, walking, talking, watching TV, working, eating, etc.
2. Alpha State:
A state of relaxation that we experience during times of leisure, tranquility, rest, before sleep, after sexual activity, during some parapsychological practices of trance, or after ingesting certain liquids or chemicals, such as hallucinogens or hypnotics.
In this state, the mind is susceptible to self-induced suggestions, positive mental influences, and changes. Children and the elderly vibrate in this state more often.
As children, while in an alpha state, our mental computer was being programmed. It was patent and in training, being permeated with influences and settings that prevailed in our childhood. This mental program, consisting of events and situations, resulted in positive and negative developments based on our socio-familial environment in those days. Depending on the upbringing you had, you may have more positive programming than negative, or vice versa.
Naturally, successful people, in some cases, had a childhood with programmed events that positively influenced them. But there are also people with an iron will who overcame negativity and triumphed. Others resorted to various mental and paranormal disciplines and achieved success as well.
So the purpose of this course is to help you progress in this regard, and even if you’re already doing well, to help you do even better. Due to the permeability of the alpha state, children should not witness fights or negative events with negative affirmations used as discipline, such as: “You’re useless,” “You’re good for nothing,” “You’ll never change,” “Who did you inherit that uselessness from?”, etc.
These types of repetitions and negative statements “program” us unconsciously in a negative way, making us victims now and in the future. If correction is needed, it is better to use phrases like: “You should grow up and behave well,” “You must study with more concentration and be responsible,” or “You have to be organized and more helpful to your family,” etc.
In short, the alpha state is a psychophysical state of relaxation that can be used for various mind control techniques and esoteric practices, such as meditation, yoga, positive programming techniques, self-hypnosis, esoteric mentalism, concentration and perception exercises, visualization, etc. It is the starting point for breathing exercises, “pranayama,” and most mystical and esoteric practices and mentalism techniques.
3. Zeta State:
Appears when we dream, and more precisely when we have “lucid” dreams or conscious astral projection. In this state, multiple paranormal abilities manifest, such as psychic influence from a distance, parapsychological hypnotic control, psycho-astral assault, psychic vampirism or phagocytosis, sleepwalking, astral attack or healing, etc.
In this state, it is also possible to program the mind, but it is accessed from the alpha state and then entering “zeta.” These are deeper techniques that correspond to higher levels of mentalism and esoteric courses.
4. Delta State:
This is the state of regular sleep, lying inert and dreaming, with little paranormal activity, almost zero, except for the influence of other states or bodily processes during sleep.
5. Gamma State:
This is a state of excitement, frenzy, and acceleration. It is experienced by beings who have used hallucinogens, drugs, peyote, or have experienced violent emotions. It is also present in beings with mental conflicts, schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc.
Another way to enter the “Gamma” state is through loud and overstimulating noises, such as drums, heavy rock music, or certain fast rhythms.
Primitive tribes entered this dangerous condition, in which adrenaline and blood pressure rise, by means of rituals, dances, and drums. In this state, certain magical acts and paranormal phenomena are possible.
In certain Eastern sects, the “Gamma” state is combined with sexual practices of Tantric yoga, achieving strange, dangerous, and spectacular results, especially in esoteric influences and procedures, magic, occultism, and mentalism.
However, positive mental programming, mentalism, and mind power development require the alpha state and relaxation. So for our current purposes, the state we will use and that interests us is ALPHA.
4. Mentalism Practice: Preparation
Mental Practice Addressed with Positive Programming for the Development of Mental Power
Before delving into the central practice of the course, it is important to understand the seven steps of a real mentalism and mind power practice. These seven steps are listed below:
- Preparation
- Breathing
- Relaxation
- Concentration
- Meditation
- Mentalism
- Programming
In the “Preparation” step, various aspects and items are gathered. For greater success in practice, both the subject and the surrounding environment should be basically ready to practice the exercise of mentalism and mind power.
For starters, the practice site should be neat, impregnated with the scent of frankincense, sandalwood, jasmine, or opium incense, and free of noise, inconvenience, and distractions if possible.
The individual practitioner must also be neat, having finished their main meals (not in the digestive process), wearing comfortable clothing with or without shoes, preferably with wooden soles or barefoot (grounding to discharge tensions and negative energies and absorb positive telluric energy instead).
At that moment, at least, problems, pressures, conflicts, concerns, etc., should be put aside, knowing that with mentalism, many of them can be solved eventually. And if not, it is because they may not have a viable solution in a timely manner. So it is useless to dwell on those concerns. As the saying goes: “There are conflicts that are better off without a solution.”
You will progress in life, for example, but you cannot single-handedly and overnight stop wars, injustice, and hunger in the world or in your country.
Yes, you can contribute your small-scale “grain of sand” and evolve, and you surely will. On the other hand, the mentalist practitioner must ensure that for at least 20 or 30 minutes a day, dedicated to the techniques of mental power, they will not be disturbed or interrupted. It is also known in yoga, meditation, mentalism, mysticism, martial arts, etc., that it is convenient to have a clean and clear bladder and bowel before practice. Therefore, scheduled intakes are recommended.
And finally, the position to adopt must be addressed. It can be performed lying down, sitting (always with a straight spine), or for those who can: the yogic posture of lotus or half lotus. Sitting on the floor with legs crossed and hands in “Mudra” (hand position for meditation, there are many variants).
Before moving on to item 2: Breathing, it is important to clarify these two positions. The first, “Lotus,” is based on a Hindu tradition that elevates this flower because, like the Yogi, it grows in mud but still flourishes in beauty. And the yogi, in spirituality and evolution, is like the Lotus. It is a very good and complete energy position that benefits the body in several ways: It discharges negative energies and absorbs positive telluric energy, relaxes the body, etc. But it takes practice, flexibility, and fitness to do it. Anyone who cannot do it can resort to the second: “Half Lotus.”
It involves less leg locking and is easier to perform. Or you can simply sit in a chair or lie down (avoiding sleep). The soles of the feet in the Lotus posture or “asana” absorb “cosmic pranic energy” (from “prana” or vital energy that exists in the air and permeates everything, according to Oriental texts) because they (the soles of the feet) are turned up.
In all cases, it is essential to keep the spine as upright as possible so that energy can circulate freely through the spine, the subtle Nadis or energy channels, and the chakras or psychic centers (studied in occult and esoteric human physiology).
5. Mentalism Practice: Breathing
Breathing is practically the most important, essential, and underappreciated function in our body. A human being can survive for weeks without food and even days without drinking water, but we cannot go without air for more than a few minutes. Otherwise, in the absence of air and its components, life is terminated. Air and Prana also contain hundreds of other components besides oxygen. It is therefore important to breathe well if we consider that about 70% of our body is water. And water is made up of molecules: two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen (H2O). That is why our constitution consists of:
- OXYGEN = 65%
- CARBON = 18%
- HYDROGEN = 10%
- NITROGEN = 3%
- MINERALS:
- CALCIUM AND PHOSPHORUS: 3%
- Potassium, chlorine, sulfur, sodium, and magnesium: 0.95%
- IRON = 0.004%
- MANGANESE = 0.0003%
- COPPER = 0.00015%
- IODINE = 0.00004%
All of these elements that constitute us are transformed back and forth into energy, or rather, they are pure energy. And yet, our main component, oxygen, gives us an idea of the paramount importance of breathing in our lives. And yet, it is the function to which we give the least importance, not to mention the habit of smoking, which goes directly against the purifying function of breathing.
Since it is Air-Oxygen-Prana that enters the lungs, and these, in addition to breathing, are responsible for blood purification. If we breathe incorrectly, absorb smoke, or breathe polluted air, not only is our blood not oxygenated, but the lungs are also prevented from purifying properly, and toxins remain within the body. And this is how conditions, diseases, etc., arise.
THEREFORE, TO PERFORM ANY DISCIPLINE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO BREATHE THE BEST WE CAN. In each practice, we will not perform the complicated breathing systems (Pranayama) of Yoga, which is practiced in the East (although those who wish to delve further into this aspect can take an esoteric yogic breathing course). But in this step, 2. Breathing, it will be beneficial to oxygenate the body and brain by taking seven deep breaths, holding the air for a few seconds, and exhaling completely with seven corresponding exhalations. Breathe three times from the abdominal area, then to the solar plexus, and finally to the pectoral-laryngeal area.
This is where “Aromatherapy” comes in, since the quality and aroma of the air we breathe determine our health, mood, and the tone of our brain and body. After breathing, we will also relax the “nadis” (subtle channels) of the neck and hands by making three rotations to the right and left with the neck, then up and down, and finally back and forth. Complete this with hand stretches, rotating the wrists, fingers, and palms. All of this better prepares the individual to perform the practice. And after the seven successful breaths (7 inhalations and 7 exhalations), we move on to step 3. Relaxation.
6. Mentalism Practice: Relaxation and Concentration
3. RELAXATION:
In the description of the seven steps of a mental power practice, we are studying the general structure of these steps, as in the supervised practice that will follow, detailing the key points for each step.
In this step, it is important to achieve complete relaxation of the body, to release tensions, pressures, stress, and other conflicts. This is accomplished through the visualization of different body parts (with eyes closed) and the subsequent relaxation of each area, feeling how it stretches and becomes loose. In guided practice, a guided text is used to achieve this relaxation, which is set forth below. Once the man or woman practicing has relaxed correctly, we move on to phase 4. Concentration: where you begin to enter the “alpha state of relaxed concentration.”
4. CONCENTRATION:
Within the practice of mental power, once we are ready, in a comfortable posture (Preparation), we have regulated our breath (Breathing), and we have relaxed (Relaxation), we arrive at the fourth step. With eyes closed from the previous step, we begin to enter the “alpha state.” To do this, we will count from one to the number 33, counting slowly and feeling ourselves entering an increasingly profound and relaxed state internally. In this state, the subject must be totally relaxed, having correctly completed the previous steps. And then we move on to “Meditation” and then to the “execution” of the mental power and mentalism practices.
7. Mentalism Practice: Meditation
5. MEDITATION:
This step, along with 6 and 7, is the most important of the seven. It basically consists of the concentrated repetition of the mantra (word of power, from Sanskrit) that has been given to each practitioner. DO NOT vocalize the mantra; repeat it mentally, stretching the sound of each letter, intently, trying to deepen the state of consciousness, avoiding and evading thoughts, images, and distractions outside of the mantra. It is important to stay focused because through this mantra, we are filled with energy, we enter a deep alpha state, almost zeta, and we prepare the mind and brain for the following practices of mental power that come in the next steps: 6 and 7. There are many ways to meditate. Meditation is basically concentrating on something and “focusing” only on that as we meditate and look at it from all angles, analyzing and deepening our knowledge. You can meditate on resolving a conflict, on a deity or saint, on a mantra, or on a specific image, etc.
Therefore, there are various systems of meditation, such as Taoist Meditation, Buddhist Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Creative Visualization, Esoteric Meditation, Yogic Meditation, Magic Meditation, etc.
But for the completion of the practice that interests us, we will use the continuous repetition of the mantra, which will lead to a state of deep unconsciousness, between the ALPHA and ZETA states, right on the edge. It is in that section where the mind is in a position of great mental power for applications. It is also called the “Code State” or “Lage Schlüssel” or “the place of all possibilities,” etc. Either way, it is a state in which mental programming and the implementation of techniques and powers of the mind and psycho-spiritual powers, or so-called “psychic powers” and perception, are possible: ESP and PK (extrasensory perception and telekinesis). These are paranormal powers that are being scientifically studied.
Many styles of mind control and mental power, like the Silva Method, Transcendental Meditation, Soviet mind control, etc., use meditation and similar techniques.
Once deep in this state, we are able to start using mental power, at least after having meditated with the energized mantra for about 15-30 minutes, depending on the time available. It should be noted that meditation has no limits or contraindications; one can meditate for as long as desired. The more you meditate, the more control you will have over your psyche, and the more power and authority you will develop.
After that, we move on to the sixth and most important step of the practice: Implementation. Mentalism.
8. Mentalism Practice: Mentalism
6. MENTALISM:
This step is the raison d’être of this course, as it is here, through the techniques of practice, that we will use mentalism and mental power itself. Now, once you have completed step 5, we continue with the practices that enable the achievement of our goals and aspirations.
In this step, we first proceed to the creation of the “mental mirror,” also called the “Mental Screen.” It should appear fluorescent gray-white. This involves mentally visualizing a mirror or mental screen about 30 cm in diameter, as if it were in front of our face about 15 cm from our “third eye or entresejal chakra.” That is, about 45º from our line of sight.
The technique of the mental mirror or screen serves to display all the elements and techniques of mental power practice. As the saying goes, “the eyes are the mirror of the soul.” The brain thinks in images and visualizes everything. Everything we think about, in any form, is energy and matter and tends to materialize, to take hold, according to the proven tenets of mentalism.
Within this “mental mirror or screen,” almost all the practices that will be detailed below will take place. It is the “workshop” of mind control and mental power. You should visualize this mirror-screen with your imagination, your mind, as a fluorescent gray-white, as esotericism has proven that this is the color of the gray matter of the brain, and the “bottom” of any mental operation is also that color. In “color therapy” (chromotherapy), it is considered the most suitable color.
Once you create the mental mirror screen, start with the first technique:
PROTECTION OF THE SELF:
Visualize in the mental mirror your image, your body, as you would like to be: positive, healthy, radiant, and happy. And (using color therapy), see yourself as if you were painting your body or swimming in a thin layer of fluorescent light blue. Since in esoteric chromology, the color blue is protective, energetically and mentally, you are fully protected with a celestial “shield” that you have visualized for about 3 minutes.
Subsequently, visualize the same protection, painting it fluorescent blue, but this time around your loved ones, all together or one by one, as desired, completing the second technique: PROTECTION OF THE AFFECTIVE ENVIRONMENT. These techniques protect both physically and mentally and spiritually, depending on the power and proper execution of the practice by each practitioner.
Then comes the third technique of this Step 6:
VISUALIZING OUR OBJECTIVES:
Here, in the mental mirror, we begin to see, in turn, the objective or objectives that we want to set and visualize in this session of mental power. You can see small goals, such as getting a watch, to larger goals such as getting a new car, a house, etc., or spiritual goals, achieving mental powers, success in school, at work, finding happiness in love, etc. In all cases, the mind’s eye (because it is in a state of power) begins to realize, slowly, these objectives, depending on their size and the power of the individual. In different ways, by mobilizing our unlimited mental potential, they begin, in different ways, to make and translate into reality our objectives and planning. Since all creation on the physical plane is first an idea, a thought, and later, through visualization, it materializes.
Like the famous Ford “T,” which was first established as an “idea displayed” in the mind of Henry Ford, to create one of the first automobiles in the world. The meditator can choose to display one or more objectives and continue visualizing and programming them in successive sessions of mental power. But sooner or later, the fact will actually materialize, according to the power and perseverance of the practitioner. One student envisioned in his practice, as an objective, to get to know Germany. After three months of programming, he unexpectedly received a free scholarship to study German in Berlin. Another example was a woman who needed a car. She began programming in her “mental mirror” and visualized herself driving a beautiful white 4×4. After a few months of practicing mental power, a publisher contacted her about a novel she had written and proposed to edit it. They made a deal for copyright and earnings, which included the delivery of a van to the flamboyant writer. An executive who had not achieved happiness in love and could not find a partner began to visualize himself in the company of a woman with the characteristics he desired. After 15 days of practicing mental power, in a work meeting, he was astonished to meet a woman almost identical to the one he had visualized.
And there are countless examples of people who, thanks to their mental power, have achieved their goals in life, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
In summary, in this state of mind power, the use of the Mental Mirror Display tends to lead to the implementation and realization of what we want to “Program.” Whether the goal is of any kind, whether for our benefit or to help others, to achieve spiritual or material goods, wisdom, etc. It is clear that these techniques are designed to be used for good, since trying to use these techniques to harm someone is dangerous and goes against the principles of this course. Besides, there is the familiar “boomerang effect” and the laws of “cause and effect” or “karma and dharma,” which in summary state that you reap what you sow.
While it is true that within “black magic” and sorcery, there are techniques to perform evil, this is due to other assumptions and knowledge and to people who are in a different “state” in this life. Therefore, I reiterate, these techniques are to be used only for noble purposes and should not affect the freedom and integrity of others.
Mentalism Practice: Programming
BASIC COURSE OF MENTAL CONTROL
PROGRAMMING:
This step, the last, close any practice of mental power, and is based mainly on the installation of “Positive mental programs” in our psyche. To achieve our development, improvement in all respects and achieve our objectives …
As mentioned at the beginning, when children, and in an alpha state, our mental computer began to “program” with different facts, dates, influences, knowledge, language, etc, etc. Therefore, there are positive programming (a positive one) and negative settings (or that are negative, they tend to fail, etc). In this passage from the practice of mental power seeks to resolve that …
This positive statements will be chosen as the objective, these practices are used in phrase headings like this: “I want to do this or that,” “I will achieve this or that”, or “To do this or that.” To do this select the phrase that best suit our purpose, for example: “I want to progress in my studies,” “I’ll get a good job in this month”, “achievement in a short time receive me as an engineer,” “want to be happy in the sentimental “or” I want my family to prosper in every way “, etc. Each meditator will be selected and the phrase itself to fit your goals. Then, through successive sessions of “Mind Power”, the mind IRA “SETTING WITH THESE PHRASES”, and will mobilize its potential stayed towards the achievement of their desires and objectives …
Before you begin, in this step, or repeat the phrases that we have chosen to be repeated three times, mentally this formula: “I WANT TO KEEP IN MIND THAT MY MEMORY AND ALL THE TIME THIS ORDER, AND THAT IS ALL THAT MAKE Needed To Meet. ”
After repeating three times this order-formula, we will begin to repeat at least seven times each of the orders we have chosen. And this repetition visualizations accompany our mental mirror-screen, visualizing, as if we were enjoying the achievement of what we ask. For example, if we have a new home, we must visualize, entering the same, watching, taking the keys, feeling her new smell, looking at their colors, furniture, rooms, enjoying it, feeling happy and out, etc.. All these emoluments of the display, “record, reflect and crystallize” our desire in the mind and tend to one, their format. Our mental energy and “thought forms” are taking the practice, power and tangibility and thus go towards achieving goals …
After completion of the “positive mental programming”, slowly opening his eyes go, moving the body gently and recovering the waking state, feeling better, being convinced that with each practice will be “better everyday, better and better.”
