The power of the persident are enormous we discuss them under the flowing heads
Executive:

Chief Executive


He is the chief executive and as such it is his duty to see that the laws and treaties are enforved thirught out country

Appointments


He has the power to make all the important appointments but all such appointments are to be approved by the senate

appiontments of the secretaries,ambeassadors and diplomats as amatter of usage,the seante does not interfere in the appointments of the secretaries
Appointments of The judges:The constitution says that federal appointments are to be made by the president.

Remoival of the officials


President has the power to remove any person appointed by him

Foreign Relations


The president has control of foreign relation which he conducts with the assistance of the secretary

Negotiates treaties


He can negotiates treaties with foreign power but the treaties must be ratified by a two-third majority of the senate.

Commander-in-chief of armed forces


He is the commander in chief of the armed force

Sending armed force


He can send the american armed forces to any part of the world

Preparation of the H-BOMB


He decides whether H-bomb should be made or not

Dropping of the H-Bomb


Again it is for the president to decude in time of war when and where and whether the H-bomb should be dropped

Declaration of war


America force were ordered to under take police action in korea in 1951 with out a declaration of war

Legislation


Ther persident has become a very important legislator,his legislative powers are as follows,vetos he can influence cingress by the use of his veto. All bills

passed by congress are presented to the president for assent.

Public opinion:


When congress knows that the public is with the president it his to be pass the laws wanted to him.

The president can also issue certain executive orders having the force of law this is knows as the ordinance power of the president
